Kremlin Care Referrals
Kremlin Care will provide a quality driven medium and long-term accommodation for young people with EBD and challenging behaviour.
We believe our approach will result in impressive levels of stable and successful integration back into the community - either with their family, into a fostering setting or through semi-independent care and into the workplace.
We provide care and support for all young people. We accept emergency, planned, short term and long term placements
After initial contact by placing authorities, Kremlin Care will provide a detailed Referral Form, which is completed by the placing local authority.
This will cover all the information that Kremlin Care require to make a decision on the young person requiring a placement.
The immediate needs of the Young Person are assessed with the holistic aspects of childcare i.e. Health, Education, Identity, Family and Social Relationships, Social Presentation, Emotional and Behavioural Development, Self Care and Life skills.
The registered manager will make an initial assessment based on information received. Further face to face assessment may be necessary.
A Pre-Admission Risk Assessment is completed by the Registered Manager to enable us to make a decision about the referral.
When a placement is offered, the placing local authority will then return the signed contract and all relevant consent signed.
On receipt of these, arrangements for the Young Person’s admission will be made. A request for relevant LAC documentation will be made.
