The ethos of Kremlin Care is to provide high quality, safe and appropriate placements for children and young people, in which the rights of children are preserved, supported and respected.

Kremlin Cares’ primary goals are to provide a service that accommodates young people which will ensure a nurturing supportive environment where young people can flourish safely, their educational needs will be met by qualified staff and outside statuary agencies, support and guidance will be provided appropriate to their needs to enable the young person to reach and attain their full potential in every aspect of their educational and social development.

The basis of this approach is the creation of opportunity to affect change and re-establish a level of self-confidence and esteem, allowing the young person to begin to have control and influence over the direction of their life.

A multi-disciplinary approach used in the context of assessment, goal setting, programme design and monitoring placement plans, ensures that each young person has a broad and balanced programme which is personalised to their particular needs.

Our ethos is to promote and work towards achieving the five outcomes of Every Child Matters:-

Staying Safe

Kremlin care will promote stability and consistency in boundary settings in regards to sexual health, bullying, discrimination, crime, anti social behaviour and substance/alcohol abuse.

Being Healthy

Kremlin care will promote sexual, physical, emotional, dietary and mental health issues with a holistic approach. Ensuring a healthy lifestyle.

Enjoying & Achieving

Kremlin care will promote personal and social development and the educational needs of the young people.

Making a Positive Contribution

Kremlin care will promote the development of positive relationships, self confidence, and enterprising behaviour and will raise expectations to enable the young person to achieve their full potential.

Achieving Economic Well Being

Kremlin Care will promote and support young people to engage in further education or employment/training and give them the life skills to enable them to achieve their full potential.
