About Kremlin Care

Kremlin Care is an organisation that is committed to providing high quality resources at best value that delivers a service which is truly individual for medium and long term residential care for young people who have been assessed as being in need of accommodation, due to the circumstances which each individual child/young person presents.

As an organization, Kremlin Care recognises that the range of difficulties and needs a child / young person may have are multi-faceted and, as such, require a multidisciplinary approach in the planning of meeting individual needs and creating opportunities for change in a variety of settings.

This takes into account the importance of maintaining links with the community a child /young person originates from, (if appropriate) and sustaining and developing these links through a positive approach to care planning.

We encourage positive progress in enhancing family links during the placement, facilitating the rehabilitation of the young people back into the family or successful integration into an alternative family placement if appropriate Kremlin Care is committed to provide a quality driven service.

Quality is a much used and misused term in the current world of service industries. In respect of what Kremlin care will offer, the notion of quality is underpinned by a framework of quality assurance that is regularly audited with targets set for all staff and children /young people.

An important feature of the organisation is the range of resources and services it offers as part of its commitment to meeting the individual needs of children / young people. Integral to all services offered, contact with parents and family (If appropriate) is taken seriously and considered at all stages of planning. Kremlin Care is keen to establish a partnership with parents and for them to be involved in what we are aiming to achieve.
